Belionota prasina

Description

Belionota prasina is a species of beetle in the genus Belionota, family Buprestidae. It was scientifically described by Thunberg in 1789. It inhabits India, Singapore, Thailand, Tanzania, Brazil, Australia, the United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, French Polynesia, the Philippines, and Togo. Belionota is a genus of beetles in the family Buprestidae.
