Description

Teldenia psara is a moth in the family Drepanidae. It was described by Wilkinson in 1967. It is found on Seram. The length of the forewings is 10–12 mm for males and 12.5–15 mm for females. The fringe and costa are white and the forewings have a double postmedial fascia, which is continuous except for one gap. It remains distal to the end of the cell. There are also single subterminal and terminal fasciae, the latter dark brown and sometimes reduced to spots between the veins. The hindwings are similar, but the subterminal fascia usually terminates at the anal margin.
