Description

Teldenia vestigiata is a moth in the family Drepanidae. It was described by Arthur Gardiner Butler in 1880. It is found in India in Darjeeling, Sikkim and Kanara. The length of the forewings is 11–13 mm for males and 11-14.5 mm for females. The ground colour, fringe and costa are white, the forewings with buff lunulate postmedial and subterminal fasciae. There is a row of buff spots edged in dark brown immediately proximal to the postmedial fascia. There is also a row of dark brown or black terminal spots. The hindwings are as the forewings.
