Elachista sincera

Description

Elachista sincera is a moth of the family Elachistidae. It is found in Utah, United States. The length of the forewings is 5.2 mm. The forewings are unicolorous white and the hindwings are light gray and translucent. The underside of the wings is light brownish gray.
