Description

Nisaga rufescens is a moth in the family Eupterotidae. It was described by George Hampson in 1895. It is found in India. The wingspan is about 50 mm. The wings are pale rufous with a silvery-grey tinge, the forewings with ill-defined antemedial, medial and oblique postmedial dark rufous lines. The hindwings have an indistinct broad postmedial dark rufous band composed of diffused lines.
