Description

Scrobipalpa aganophthalma is a moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Meyrick in 1931. It is found in Tibet. The wingspan is 9–10 mm. The forewings are grey, with the bases of the scales whitish, forming a fine regular transverse striolation, the costal third tinged light brownish-ochreous and the extreme costal edge whitish. The stigmata are represented by obscure light brownish-ochreous oval spots, the plical obliquely before the first discal, followed by a dark fuscous dot. The hindwings are whitish-grey.
