Chrysocraspeda sanguinea is a butterfly species described by W. Warren in 1896. Chrysocraspeda sanguinea is part of the genus Chrysocraspeda and the family meter. Forewings with vein 3 from before angle of cell. Veins 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 stalked. Hindwings with veins 3 and 4 from angle of cell or on a short stalk.
