Description

Ptilothyris aglaocrossa is a moth in the Lecithoceridae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1935. It is found in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Katanga). The wingspan is about 21 mm. The forewings are dark purple-fuscous with a moderate triangular yellow spot on the costa at three-fourths. The hindwings are blackish-fuscous.
