Athripsodes cinereus is a species of Insecta first described by Curtis in 1834. Athripsodes cinereus belongs to the genus Athripsodes, and the family Leptoceridae. None of these subspecies are listed. Athripsodes is a genus of insects in the family Leptoceridae. The genus was described in 1820 by Gustaf Johan Billberg. The genus has cosmopolitan distribution.
