Description

Agrotis innominata is a species of moth of the family Noctuidae. It is found in the coastal regions of New Zealand and is the only Agrotis species that is endemic to New Zealand. It was described by George Hudson. The wingspan is 36–39 mm for males, and 28–31 mm for females. The moth flies from May to December. The larvae feed on Ammophila arenaria.
