Description

Odites anasticta is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Madagascar. The wingspan is 19–21 mm. The forewings are whitish ochreous, with a very faint pinkish tinge. The stigmata are dark fuscous, the plical very obliquely beyond the first discal, somewhat nearer the second. There is an unevenly curved transverse series of small cloudy dark fuscous dots at about five-sixths and a pre-marginal series of similar dots around the apical part of the costa and termen. The hindwings are light grey, paler towards the base.
