Stenoma dryoconis

Description

Stenoma dryoconis is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Bolivia. The wingspan is about 34 mm. The forewings are light greyish ochreous, the veins with scattered brown specks and the stigmata brown, accompanied by irregular brown sprinkling, the plical linear, obliquely beyond the first discal, the second discal oblique-linear, some slight brown irroration between this and the middle of the costa. There is a curved brown line from three-fourths of the costa to four-fifths of the dorsum, with a strong angular indentation towards the costa, the area beyond this speckled brown. There is also a marginal series of fuscous dots around the apical part of the costa and termen. The hindwings are pale grey.
