Description

The Australian Arboreal Duck ( Chenonetta jubata ( Latham,1802 )),is a species of duck that lives in Australia.It is the only living species of the genus Chenonetta.This duck,45-51 cm long,looks like a small goose.The male is gray,with a dark brown head and a mottled breast.The female has white stripes above and below the eye and the mottled belly.Both sexes have gray wings,with black tail and sides and a white undertail.
