Description

Atelopus lynchi is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae.It is endemic to Ecuador.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests,subtropical or tropical moist montane forests,and rivers.It is threatened by habitat loss.Atelopus lynchi is a herbaceous species described by David Cannatella in 1981.Atelopus lynchi is part of the genus Atelopus and the family paddies.The IUCN categorizes the species globally as acute threatened.No subspecies are listed.
