Description

Falco cenchroides is a type of day-old rapacious bird of the Sokol family.Small falcon,with a body length of 31-35 cm. It is distributed in Australia,New Guinea and the surrounding islands,and as a casual visitor in New Zealand.It inhabits open spaces with grass and shrub vegetation and rare forests.
