Description

Phelsuma robertmertensi is a lizard from the suborder geckos and the genus of the Madagascar day geckos (Phelsuma).The species was first scientifically described by Harald Meier in 1980.Phelsuma robertmertensi is endemic to the Comoros Islands and only to the island of Mayotte.Phelsuma robertmertensi reaches a headline length up to 5 centimeters and a total body length including tail to 11 cm.The lizard has a gray-brown color and has a vague drawing with striking stripes.The number of scales rows on the center of the body is 75 to 86.
