Description

The golden ursino bear or golden potty (Arctocebus aureus) is a strepsirrino primate of the family of lorisidae and of the subfamily of the perodicticini.Dimensions: Measure approximately 35 cm in length,for a weight that slightly exceeds 450 g.Appearance : It is very similar to the congener A.calabarensis,from which it differs mainly due to its lighter color (reddish background with yellow dorsal area,hence the name of the species) and due to the absence of a nictitating membrane to the eye.
