Description

The bearded woodland partridge ( Dendrortyx barbatus Gould,1846 ) is one of the three quail species of the New World of the genus Dendrortyx.This species is endemic to Mexico where it lives in subtropical,tropical humid forests or plantations.The bearded forest partridge is made vulnerable mainly by loss of habitat.
