Description

The fulveta frentigualda (Alcippe variegaticeps) is a species of passerine bird of the Pellorneidae family,endemic to China.The fulveta frentigualda is a small bird,measuring about 11.5 cm long.The sides of its head and throat are whitish,and are separated by a black spot at the height of the mustache.His forehead is yellow;Its pileus is dark gray and its nape reddish,both with light mottling.Its back and flanks are greenish gray,and its belly is whitish.His rémiges are yellow with a black stripe in the center.Its tail is mainly black,although the outer feathers have the lateral edges and the tips yellow or orange.Its bill is pointed and grayish,and its legs are yellowish.
