The Artieus of Jamaica ( Artibeus jamaicensis Leach,1821 ) is a bat of the family of Fillostomids widespread in Central and South America.Mid-sized bat,with head and body length between 70 and 85 mm,length of forearm between 55 and 67 mm,foot length between 16 and 19 mm,ear length between 20 and 24 mm and a weight up to 51 g.
