The southern fulmar,silver petrel or southern petrel ( Fulmarus glacialoides ) is a species of bird procelariforme of the family of proceláridos (Procellariidae) endemic of the southern hemisphere.Together with the fulmar borealis ( F.glacialis ) it belongs to the genus fulmars ( Fulmarus ),of the family of petrels or skates (Procellariidae).
