Description

Megaerops kusnotoi is a mammal from the family of the flying foxes (Pteropodidae).The scientific name of the species was first validly published by Hill & Boeadi in 1978.This flying dog occurs on Java,Bali and Lombok.The species resides in mountain stretches that are approximately 700 meters above sea level with a few peaks that are higher.The habitat consists of evergreen forests.The individuals reside alone or in small groups hidden in the vegetation.
