Description

The rallo Guam ( Gallirallus owstoni Rothschild,1895 ),also known as Ko'ko ' in Chamorro language,is a bird of the family Rallidae original of' namesake island.The Guam Ramp is a medium sized rallo (about 28 cm);he is incapable of flying,but he runs very fast.The upper regions are brown-chocolate.The supraciliary region is gray,as is the lower part of the neck and the upper part of the chest.The rest of the lower regions and the remiges are finely barred by black and white stripes.The legs and feet are yellow-brown and the iris is brown.The beak is of medium length.
