Epinephelus multinotatus is a ray-finned species of fish from the family of sawfish or sea bass (Serranidae).he scientific name of the species was first validly published in 1876 by Peters. The species is on the Red List of the IUCN as no threat,assessment year 2008.The size of the population is decreasing according to the IUCN.
