Description

It is distinguished by its black beak curved upwards,deep and compressed laterally towards the tip,somewhat sharp and pointed.5 The male is slate gray,with blackish forehead,face,throat and chest,wings with small white dots;The female has a brown back,darker on wings,which have small ante-colored points,chest and reddish-brown or rufous belly and dark tail.It measures on average 16 cm in length.
