Description

The Egyptian pipistrelle (Pipistrellus deserti) is a species of vesper bat.It is found in Algeria,Egypt,Libya,Sudan,and possibly also in Burkina Faso,Ghana,Kenya,Nigeria,Senegal,and Somalia.Its natural habitats are rocky areas,hot deserts,and urban areas.It is considered to be a junior synonym of Pipistrellus kuhlii according to Benda et al.(2015).
