Description

The slow pygmy lory ( Nycticebus pygmaeus ) is a species of strepsirrine primate belonging to the family of lorisidae.Some scholars believe these animals are quite similar to Nycticebus coucang to represent a subspecies,and therefore not a species in its own right.It is smaller than the congeners (hence the name),measuring 15-25 cm in length,weighing about 1 kg.
