Today’s Image of the Day comes from the NASA Earth Observatory and features a look at the city of Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados.

Bridgetown is roughly 15 square miles in size and has a population of 110,000 people. While Barbados is actually located in the western Atlantic Ocean and not the Caribbean Sea, it is still classified as a tropical wet and dry climate.
