Today’s Image of the Day comes thanks to the NASA Earth Observatory and features a look at the Perito Moreno Glacier in Argentina.

The Perito Moreno Glacier is 30 kilometers long, making it one of the largest in Patagonia. It descends down from the Andes Mountains into Lake Argentino.

This image was captured by an astronaut on board the International Space Station.
