Description

Melodinus is a genus of phanerogams of the family Apocynaceae . It contains 137 species. It is native to the tropical and subtropical regions of Asia and the western Pacific . The genre was described by JRForst. & G.Forst. and published in Characters Generum Plantarum 37, pl. 1775. 19.
