Description

Polyscias is a genus of evergreen trees and shrubsthat consists of about 100 species distributed throughout the tropics, the Pacific Islands and Australia. They are also found abundantly in New Guinea, New Caledonia and Mascarene Islands. hey are characterized by having alternate leaves , imparipinnate, bipinnate or tripinnate, with a long petiole . The inflorescences terminals are arranged in panicles and umbels or formed by small chapters with flowers bisexual or unisexual.
