Description

Campanula marchesettii is a plant belonging to the Campanula genus. This species of bellflower takes its name from Carlo de 'Marchesetti, a botanist and naturalist from Trieste. The Marchesetti bellflower is a spontaneous perennial plant that differs from other bellflowers for its height, which reaches 60 cm. It has a straight stem from which the light blue flowers depart in every direction. The leaves disappear with the flowering, which occurs in the summer season.
