Description

Lower stem leaves (a) with limb cordate at the base, the middle and upper cauline (b) with well-developed limb. Corolla usually whitish to pale greenish-yellow. Stem 30-80cm, erect, glabrous. Basal leaves with long petiole and oval-obtuse laminae, 1-2-serrated to toothed, still present at flowering, often stained with black. Inflorescence (c) dense, initially ovoid then cylindrical up to 6cm; linear bracts, usually not more than = the width of the inflorescence. Corolla a little curved in the button. Style and yellow to yellow-brown stigma; 2 stigmas
