Stellar Marshes

Description

The Stellar marshes or murky Chickweed ( Stellaria palustris ) is a herbaceous plant subservient to wetlands, which are typically found in the water meadows of hay, but sometimes also in the reed beds in alluvial plain . This species is threatened with extinction in many regions of France because of major changes in the hydrological regime (drainage, regulation of watercourses) and plantations (mainly poplars).
