Description

Convolvulus lanuginosus Desr. , is a species of the convolvulaceae family. it grows in thickets and dry limestone pine forests. It is endemic to the western Mediterranean region : In Spain it is found in Alicante , Barcelona , Castellón , Gerona , Lérida , Tarragona and Valencia . It is an upright bush, covered with a dense cloth that gives it a silvery color, with woody stems at its base. It has very hairy and linear leaves , 1-3 mm wide. The flowers are white with pink nerves, funnel-shaped, about 2 cm in diameter, barely pedunculated and grouped in dense inflorescences .
