Description

Cyperus latzii is a sedge of the Cyperaceae family that is native to Australia. The perennial sedge typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 0.5 metres (1.0 to 1.6 ft) and has a tufted habit. It blooms between June and July and produces green-yellow-brown flowers. In Western Australia it is found in swamps and along creeks in the Kimberley region where it grows in sandy-loamy soils.
