Description

Hibbertia chartacea is a shrub in the Dilleniaceae family that is native to Western Australia. The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 m (1 ft 8 in). It blooms around September and produces yellow flowers. The species has a scattered distribution through the eastern Wheatbelt region of Western Australia between Merredin in the west,Southern Cross in the east and Narenbeen in the south where it is found on sandplains and breakaways growing in sandy lateritic soils.
