Description

“Pet poisonous” – Toxic parts: entire plant Rhododendron irroratum (露珠杜鹃) is a rhododendron species native to northern Vietnam and western Guizhou, southwestern Sichuan, and northern and southeastern Yunnan, China, where it grows at altitudes of 1700–3500 meters. It is a shrub or small tree that grows to 2–9 m in height, with leathery leaves that are oblanceolate to narrowly elliptic, 7–14 by 2–4 cm in size. Flowers are white or yellowish to violet-rose, with greenish or purple flecks.
