Description

Pinguicula emarginata is a carnivorous plant of the genus Fataceae ( Pinguicula ) in the section Temnoceras . Pinguicula emarginata is a perennial plant that grows all year round and does not form a winter rosette, so it is classified as a tropical-homophylles butterwort . It forms a basal leaf rosette of five to sixteen elliptic to reverse ovate leaves that are 10 to 50 millimeters long and 5 to 22 millimeters wide and slightly rolled up the edge.
