Description

It has glabrous leaves ovate-elliptic to oblong elliptic, coriaceous, with 5 main nerves, shortly acuminate. Large flowers with 6 to 8 white petals with pink tints and colorful membranous chalices remnants; the flowers are located not in the terminal twigs but in the woody ones and on the trunks with secondary growth. Berry fruit white-yellowish
