Iryanthera hostmannii

Description

Iryanthera is a genus of plants belonging to the family Myristicaceae. It comprises 37described species and of these, only 20 accepted.  Native to Central and Southern America. Tertiary anastomosed leaf nerves. Monochrome seed Stamen conical column. Anthers 3-4 (-6). Aril apicalmente laciniado. Hairs of young branches with 1-2 branches.
