Description

Angophora leiocarpa is a tree species that is native to eastern Australia.It grows to metres in height and has smooth grey to cream bark that sheds in small patches revealing pink underneath.Its range extends northwards from Grafton in New South Wales to Queensland.Angophora leiocarpa was originally described in as a subspecies of Angophora costata and given the name Angophora costata subsp.leiocarpa.It was reclassified as a species in its own right in 000.
