Darwinia speciosa is a plant in the myrtle family Myrtaceae and is endemic to Western Australia.The sprawling prostrate or erect shrub typically grows to a height of 0. to 0. metres (0. to 0. ft).It blooms between May and November producing red-brown flowers.Often found on sandplains in the north west Wheatbelt region of Western Australia where it grows in sandy soils
