Description

Eucalyptus copulans is a small eucalyptus tree,growing up to 10 metres (33 ft) tall,that is endemic to Australia.Previously considered extinct,two specimens are now known at Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains region of New South Wales.Horticulturists at the Mount Annan Botanic Garden are attempting to avoid the extinction of this species by the propagation of seedlings,and replanting them in their former habitat.
