Description

The E.Leucoxylon Connata is the Melbourne subspecies of the E.Leucoxylon.It produces beautiful, soft yellow flowers in the late Autumn, and into Spring. The Connata will grow up 8-10 metres tall,at 6-8 metres wide, making it an ideal shade tree in an area restricted by height. It is both drought and frost tolerant, and will survive in most soil types including heavy clay soils. The smooth cream bark, alongside with the narrow green leaves, make this tree stand out from the rest during flowering season as a vibrant display of colour.
