Eucalyptus xanthoclada,commonly known as the Yellow-branched ironbark,is a eucalypt that is native to Queensland. The tree typically grows to a height of approximately 20 metres (66 ft) and has hard blackish ironbark that is deeply furrowed.The smaller branchlets of the tree are conspicuously yellow
