Description

Myrcianthes ferreyrae is a species of tree in the Myrtaceae family. It is endemic to the lomas, or fog oases, found on the coastal hills of the region of Arequipa, Peru. Myrcianthes is a genus of flowering plants, described as a genus in 1856. It is native to Central and South America, the West Indies, and southern Florida.
