Polygala uncinata

Description

Polygala uncinata is a slender,almost grass-like,perennial with narrowly lanceolate leaves that blends very well with small grasses.The inflorescence is terminal and the blue to purple winged flowers are quite unexpected in this setting.It resprouts annually from a woody rootstock.
