Description

Petrophile serruriae is a shrub endemic to Western Australia.The prickly, erect to spreading and non-lignotuberous shrub typically grows to a height of 0.2 to 1.5 metres (0.7 to 4.9 ft). It blooms between July and December producing yellow-cream-pink flowers.It is found on sandplains, ridges and low hills in the Wheatbelt, Great Southern and South West regions of Western Australia where it grows in sandy-clay-gravelly soils over limestone or laterite.
