Description

Petrophile squamata is a shrub endemic to Western Australia.The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 3 metres (1.0 to 9.8 ft). It blooms between July and December producing yellow-cream-white flowers.It is found on sandplains, slopes and flats in the Wheatbelt, South West, Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia where it grows in sandy soils
